I am Vasu and I am using SUN DIRECT from 1 year.

When I took the connection, they have upgraded their Settings, Because of this, for almost 2 months, some channels did not telecaste in my Connection. Eventhough, I registered early for upgradation, their representative came almost after 2 months, because of their upgradation, I lost two months of subscription...

Now again, today we got the problems.. I am in South INDIA Telugu package for which I will get all Gemeni Channels. But from few days, some channels are not getting and it is throwing the error as "E48 - NO Signal " some times, it gives an error as "Smartcard Failure"...

Regarding this, when I spoke to Tech Support, I got the response, that it is because of some Virus. As per their suggestion, I have removed the smart card and inserted again. But no use...

From two days, I am trying to reach tech support by phone and mail, But no use, phone is always busy and by Mail, I am getting the response as
"I am sorry,
There appears to be an error. Please try again in a few minutes "

I am getting this error from this morning...

In Advertisement Media, SUN DIRECT will give good publicity but they will not maintain it properly....
SUN DIRECT is cheating their customers.... I am planning to go for other DTH Service Provider....

Public --> dont trust SUN DIRECT.....
