I wanted to purchase Airtel DTH service and paid Rs.1590 to Shell Transource executive wide receipt no.26658 on 21/04/2011 and was given two numbers 9223250643 Mr.Prabhu and 9223589973 Mr.Sachin. On the same day i got the consumer id : 3007754517. I was promised to get the connection within 48 working hrs. After two days i contacted above mentioned persons and they told me there is some cable operator issue at the area where i live i.e. kharghar(Navimumbai) and the connection will take time. After that i got a call from another persona almost after 7 days saying that the connection cannot take place in that area and told me to refund the money which i refused and insited him to give me the connection any how and he assured me of that. Later on contacting shell transource personals I got the number of Mr Nitin (9987003392). While contacting him he also refused to give the connection mentioning the same problem, any how i convinced him to give me the connection and he agreed to give on Sunday. while contacting him on saturday he said there are already 3 connections with his person he will make arrangement for me on the next sunday. Like that every weekend i call him up for the connection and he refuses by giving two three standard answers and delays it. Now almost one month has passed today on 17/05/2011 i called up Mr Sachin again and asked him to look after the matter, he told he will call back but never did so. Now when i call him up he never picks up my phone.
My only request is i dont want refund but want my connection at the earliest and within this week else i have to escalate the matter. The area has no problem as there are so many DTH connections i can see.. In my building itself there are 3 airtel dth connections. Then how it is prooved the area has problem. Is it for me only???
