Tatasky has the WORST customer service After 6 calls & 2 hrs online with call center still my dish has not been installed My request was simple which reqd installation of dish while i still have the digicomp for an account deactivated in dec 2007 1st 2 different exec gave diff costs & timings post which i got an sms for installation with a date 4 days away from 23rd (date of call) then i called again to the call centre was promised that the engineer will come & install on 23rd eve itself post which i get an sms for 24th 6pm i re-schedule my meetings to be home by 5:45 & no one turns up at 6:30pm i call the centre again, he 1st says 8pm, when i protest he says 7pm with a call back from a cust service exec no one turns up & no call recd I call @8:15pm the call lasts for 50mins with no solution

TATAsky keeps on proving how PATHETIC their customer service is!after a 50min call & being promised an eng visit on 25th eve +LY no one turns up yet again i call up the call centre @6pm to enquire about it & executive says your visit is slotted for 27th June 1pm!!I ask him to transfer me to a supervisor which he does. post speaking to the supervisor, he promises call back in 30 mins by the field team & he himslef would call back in 30 mins to cross check the same @ 7:30pm a lady calls me from 04066549800 who asks me about my issue & promises action in the next 30 mins Surprise surprise nothing happens! @ 8:30pm i get a call from some south mumbai service centre who tells me that after calling 9 TIMES & spending 2hrs+ online with the Tatasky exec that I have WRONGLY recorded REFUND my money

Tatasky service sucks! After chasing for the last 5 days i got a call on sat from 040 no & local service centre. both promised that the engineer would come on monday 28th June between 5-6pm. no one turned up & got no calls. i called up tatasky call center @7:15pm & was told he has no clue why no one has turned up? after shouting & swearing i was taken into conference with some one called Swati as the local field centre who had the audacity to tell me that the engineer is busy & cannot be sent!! do you think we are fools who will keep waiting for engineers/calls. i want refund of my money paid on 23rd to recharge my account! otherwise i will go to consumer court

Hi everyone i am a tatasky subsciber and regretting every bit of it.These guys are just after money and do not care an iota about the customers. I have called 15 times as to when they are going to start the Ten Action channel I am missing all the football action from spain and champions league for the past year!!!!
all other service providers have started it btw>>>then they started something called as make my pack which is a complete no brainer bcoz in instead of decreasing the price of pack they have incrreased it ... what is going on ....
i appeal to every tata sky subscriber to pressurize them to do something about it

I have been waiting since last 4 hours for the techincal service person to come and everytime I get the same message .. We will surely get back to you.
I guess will have to go with local cable guy...atleast I can go and shout at him if the service is not there.

Hello Every one ,I am Tata Sky Subscriber and really sad thing that they are not providing good service at all. Waiting since 5 days, called many times in Customer Care and talked to supervisors no use, yet no action is taken by the service engineers, each time getting false committment that the engineer will visit at earliest..Not ready to provide engineer number or the service center number or the head office number when we can complaint..Such a "FALTU" service.
Its really a Wrong decesion to buy tata sky service.
