On July 24, 2011, I gave contact details at Airtel site and then I got call
from Mohit Tanwar from Vriti Interactive and asked to me to do payment of
1590/- for the same offer and said I will get connection today.

Once I made payment, I did not get any call or response from
them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.
Mohit Tanwar (+91 981899084) and Devmani yadav (+91 9227111188) and
+91 120 4666 666.

Then I called up Airtel Customer Care & emailed to digitaltv@airtel.in explaining the whole
problem But it is not resolved yet.

Reqaut you to look into the matter and resolve immediately.

I got an offer from Airtel DTH to install the digital TV connection. As soon as I sent the form, I got a call from Vriti Interactive. Mr. Kapil Taneja was the excecutive who gave me the offer and I made a payment of Rs. 1440/- for 6 months scheme. i was promised that the installation will be done within 24-48 hours. and therefore I have disconnected my cable tv connection at home. However, its been 10 days, I have not received any confirmation call from Airtel / Vriti Interactive for the installtion of the device. I the mean time I had a talk to Kapil Taneja again at his number 01204087633 / 01204087602. He promised me the call back, but he never did so. Hence I emailed him at kapil.taneja@vriti-interactive.com. No response have been got yet. I personally complained the airtel digital tv at digitaltv@in.airtel.​com and I received the call. All the people say that they will install the device within 24-48 hours but no one does so. I am trying to file a case in the customer court for harrassing me and spoiling my last 10 days. More over, I would like to know that what action has the company taken aginst the employee Mr. Kapil Taneja, for the fake promises givne to me by him.

I too was cheated by one Mohit Tanwar from Vriti on thursday, 1st August 2011. They were pestering me to pay and finally i fell in. I paid the money.

I got a confirmation stating that i booked "Silver" pack, where as i wanted "South Ultra Pack". I immediately tried calling Mohit but no one picked up the phone till today.

I was "verbally" told 24 hrs for installation, but when i called up Airtel Customer care, they told its 72 hours for installation and 24 hours after installation for activation. They told there is no way for online payment customers to facilitate the installation withing 24 hrs. I told them atleast schedule an installation. They told that someone will call in 30 mins but no one called.

If i had the "license to kill" like James bond 007, the first person whom i would have killed is the person who cheated me.

I made the Payment for AIRTEL HD BOX set up through Viri Interactive.....


Till date no service engineer has contacted me for the Set up box Installation.

They Clearly Confirmed me that it will get Installed in 48 hours after the Payment.

Payment was done on 31st-Aug-11.It has been 5 days not recieved any response from you.

i got a message from AIRTEL that my account Got opened.a/c number 3008712807

Please look in to this on a priority basis.

Hope this is not Cheating Company Floated by Airtel for Online Cutomers

Looks likes the same as NO Response after the Money Paid to Vriti and NO Mobile number working...Seriously dought on the Commitments made by Vriti on the Package.

How can Airtel give my mobile to Such Cheating Company.
