On 26th May we purchased a Sony TV with a three months Airtel DTH service. As on 2nd June no one has come for installation. With frequent follow up with their offices the response was pathetic. One of the senior executive at Vizag never attend the phone, he knows very well that we are calling. Their office at Sai Surya Electronics at Gajuwaka who is responsible for installation always gives some excuse. They have not checked what type of installation it is and after two days they started giving the excuse that we don’t have HD DTH box. One of their executive says that THIS IS NON OF OUR BUSINESS.
I gave a complaint on line also but that page is so poorly designed that in never confirms you that the message is submitted or not. It shows the blank form again.
There customer care is of no use, their counter always resets and starts again when you talk to them.
