Poor service and poor information and cheating
Customer Id - 3005117747
I have paid an amount of 999+ 1265 towards airtel HD dth connection through ivr and they told that the services are available in my area taking the reference of pin code 532005. But after four days they are telling that i have to located the dealer in my area and i tried even that. But there is no dealer in my area. The response from the customer care is also not in a proper way. I have trasaction id also with me as a proof. Now i am repenting by taking the connection from the airtel( irresponsible people) directly. If i would have taken from any dealer there would be no headache like this. Plz suggest me ...
