My name is Pooja Saraf, I have brought Viedocon D2H, 5 Months back, now I am not get any receiption due to Smart Card Problem. Insipte of repeatedly complain no body has bother to attend. Infact they are so rude to reply you can discontinue the service. Even we have contacted one Mr.Umesh Shetty at the nearest service centre Mira Road, but same reply.

I am at there mercy. Please help
