Dear Sir / Madam,
I have recently bought new d2h DVD set top box along with one year subscription.
I am facing a problem, whenever it rains in our area all d2h services are not available and I am not able to view any channel during rain.

This is ridiculous, d2h doesn’t work during the rain and we have another connection of Tata sky, which works perfectly during the same time.

More over when I called on customer care, the guy there is saying, our services are not available during rain, you don’t worry your service will resume after the rain stops and he was not taking my complaint.

What should be done now?
