I had requested for a new connection almost a month back to Tata Sky and paid Rs. 4000/- thru internet banking. They couldn't install that connection without assiging any solid reason. They raised issue of improper internal wiring without vistiing my premise. I had even opted for open wiring but again nobody visited in spite of their promise.
I had requested for refund of may money but even after almsot 15 days they have not refunded my money and they closed my request for refund three times without even resoliving it.
Please let me know what should I do?
