Dear sir/madam,
I subscribe airtel digital tv on 04/05/2010. company told me that they are providing first 4 months subscription absolutly free while instalation. After one month I upgraded my subscription and rechage one mega pack of sports and one pack of english movie. The dealar ask me to give 130 rupees for both pack. I paid the amount after that I call to customer care for technical assisstance, they told me to give 6 ruppes more and stop their services.after that i deposit 100 rupees once again in my account for restart the services. unfortunatly company deducted money two times and telling me that my account shows negative balance. I shocked that it must contain more than enough balance what they require.
Still my services stopped by the company and they gave me just complain number 3172972 and telling me that we should wait till 1st july. This is not our fault and we are suffering from company's bad services.
Therefore we are seeking compensation from the company for their bad services. They have already break the breach of contract. Kindly assisst me further.
