Hi,
I have requested my airtel DTH re-installation on 3rd march. but customer care always postponed to his maximum day. earlier it was communicated that it will be installed in 2 days , i.e. on 5th march, then again it moved to 7th, 9th, and finally when today asked again moved to 10th march by 5 pm. but if I see the market , now a day’s other operator solves the issue in hours not by days. I am suffering from last 7 days for a simple installation and my subscription going on without using the TV.

What can I say that the big known company airtel is harassing the customer for a such issue. I don’t think in the current market , a dth install will take such a time.
