I want to make a complaint regarding the very poor costomer care services by your technical team.I have bought a digital tv connection (costomer ID:3003012289) and on 11th june I made a request to change my package from MEGA to NEW VALUE.And subsequently I deposited Rs 1774 for 1 year subcription of new value pack after discussing with costomer care executive on phone no.18001028080.But since then my account balance is showing negative due to the mistake of costomer care executive and my TV services have been deactivated.I made a request for the correction (Request No. 3047271) of the same but even after more than one week the problem has not been solved.And when I am asking the status of the complaint on 18001028080 they are promising me that services will be activated in 4hours/ 1hour/ 24 hours/half hour and so on.But still at the time of posting of this mail, it has not been resolved.
I have been using airtel postpaid mobile connection for many years now and was impressed with the good connectivity and other services so I opted for airtel digital tv connection over tata sky,reliance big tv etc even when I was getting discount on reliance big tv being a Reliance Power employee.
This whole mental harrassment has made me to think seriously about getting rid of the connection.but it is hard to believe that airtel having such a good reputation in mobile services has such a poor working culture in digital tv services.
