Dear All,

As a Reliance Customer I would like to request you guys Please never buy any reliance Big Tv DTH, they are very poor support, the STB box they are providing with DTH service is very poor quality.the same time once you will start facing problem they will not show any interest to resolve your issue, infect their seniors will also behave like GUNDA " JO Karna hai karo AApki Marzi. I purchased their product on 14th March 2010, I started facing problem just after 10 days, I tried so many times in their Customer care no but they are not interseted to resolved my issue, After fighting almsot 30 days they replace my STB Box with Old One.
Note: during replacement they didn't do any paper work , after 5-6 days the same issue started, from last 3 months i am facing problem but they are not bother to close the issue.
SO please guy never ever invest your hard earn money in this theif company.
I promised I will never invest any single Rs in their company.
Not only in Reliance BIG TV, Whatever company running by ANIL DHIRUBHAI Company.As I believe he is owner of this company, and as head of the family he has no idea what his employees are doing in market.

What kind of problem your face with bigtv STB.

Dear All,

My set up box suddenly stop responding after power on....then it will stop working....

From that day I am not able to use Big TV at all...the same I lodge a case with them with case ID 134334107 ,But they are not bother about my issue..every time they promised that My Issue will resolve with in 24 hours but fail to deliver....their seniors also making me fool.. infect some of them suggest me to do whatever you want ..Today its 16th day but same bullshit audio they are repeating..It will resolve with in 24 hours...but i know the same thing will happen.

Bloody support & service they have.Please don,t invest single penny in his company..they all are choor.
