My Big TV smart card No. 200908457272
I have booked Big TV DTH through APKO MARKETING(INDIA) PVT LTD sales person S Pranay (mobile No. 9503738314) by paying Rs 1490 for a special offer Big TV Gold pack package.
After ten days one service person, Sankar (mobile No 9372789840), installed Big TV in our house on 13 Jan 2012. After installation the service person demanded additional amount of Rs 615/- extra, then we asked him for what ?. He replied that Rs 500/- is for three months recharge and Rs 15/- for Telugu package and Rs 100/- for extra cable (eight meters only) used during installation. Then after much persuasion we paid Rs 615/- in cash. The service person himself recharged the amount with concerned personnel of Big TV. Immediately we got the message that the amount is recharged.
After some time I got one more message saying that Rs 747/- is deducted from your account for extra cable charges of 63 meters. Since we are staying in Govt individual quarters the service person used only 8 meters extra and we paid for that also.
Next day the TV channels are deactivated. Then we called to customer care centre (No 18002009001) and asked to solve this problem. We told them that installation person himself recharged the amount wrongly because we paid him in cash. Then the customer person told us to register a complaint against the installation person Sankar and also for wrong cable charges amount refund. we registered two complaints on 16 Jan 2012 one for wrong cable charges with complaint No. 170310383 and another against the installation person with complaint No. 170310717 for his wrong doing. Meantime they activated the channels for two days temporarily.
After few hours I got one message saying that my account is recharged with Rs 100/-. I do not know who recharged that amount (only those who knew the smart card No must have recharged the amount).
On 17 Jan 2012 I got one call from one Big TV executive (ph No. 2065008732) and enquired about all the things happened and she told that within two days the problem will be solved.
From that day onwards after every two days the signal is deactivated. When I call the customer care centre again they tell we will solve your problem within 48 hours till that time we activate the channels. the same story repeated every second day. There is No solution till now.
In the course of interaction with the customer care centre the following persons are contacted for the same problem.

All the above contacted persons assured us that our problem will be solved within 48 hours. Till now nothing happened.
This is my nightmare experience with BIG TV. Till the purchase of the product the customer is treated as a king and after that as a beggar. This is the attitude of the Big TV.
Can anybody solve my problem especially the Big TV executives.
