my card no is 200778178902 and available balance in my account is more than Rs 200 but telecast of channels not viewing since 1 week and more than 10 times we contact with customer care technical dept. (Kumaran, Manoj joshi, gurpreet). All after problem is still pending and no one person of customer care technical dept. responsible for solve above mentioned problem and no one technical engr visit my home. please take necessary action for solve that problem.
