    Dear Sir

    I have taken Reliance Big TV-HD-DVR-Smart Card Number is 200923334662 registered on my Wife name Ghazala on dated 1 October 2011. Sine very first day i am not satisfied with this service , i can not see channels properly ,while i am watching tv picture is going on and off for a while several times so i can not watch properly any programme.

    I had contacted on customer care frequently their representative told that your set top need to change or set top box has a falt. and what ever instruction they have given i have followed but no result. and even i am not getting any response from reliance Customer care. It is completely useless.

    Therefore i request you to kindly look into this matter i very thankful to you.

    As your engineers visited my set top box since last 7 months, First he
    told me to change
    HDMI cable with version of 1;4. I have taken the cable with 1200
    rupees. But still the problem was same.

    I missed my all plans from 1oct to 31 dec which i got. Again i
    recharged my acount on 5 jan for 1 month that was i also missed.

    No your engineer is asking to change my TV or repair my TV. I am using
    samsung 26" TV. I talked with customer care of Samsung TV they dont
    found any problem of my TV.

    Last engineer name is Pankaj, before he was taking nicely , now he
    also seemed to be ignoring my calls.

    Kindly do the needfull as i have lost 6 month top up. Meanwhile at the
    time of purchase i had shown my TV which i am using.
