I want you to take a note of my smart card # 200786519211. It is registered in my wife's name - Chandana Reddy we have a HD DVR connection.
My issue -
HD Channels give me error # 102 (smart card pairing error)
Non-HD channels off and on give me this error and I am unable to watch the channels. I have to restart the set-up box in order to view the regular channels

My challenge - Despite calling from my registered mobile number, I am unable to connect to the HD-DVR team and I am always informed that I will get a call back from the concerned team as the case has been escalated. However I am yet to get a call despite repeated attempts and escalations.

I hope and wish that some one takes a note of my request and resolves this issue
