Hi,

I have got a Reliance Big TV since past 8 months (within warranty limit) and have subscribed to diamond pack. Currently, the same is not working since past 1 week and inspite of complaining for the same and n number of follow ups, am getting response like the part is not available of the dish and will be resolved in 2 - 3 more days. However, as the subscription is active and i am paying of each and every single day, why do i bear the loss. Request you to please look into the issue and help resolve it.
