Sir/ madam,
I have purchased a reliance big Tv smart Card No is 200802857898, on 1 sep, 2010 and installed on 2nd. But even after that day I could not see any channel . I called the engineer who installed it from ParpatGanj(9990486621) several times and after 1 Day only he recharged the Smart Card. Even I cannot see any channel Showing it "Poor Signal" Mesg. I had complained to the engineer and the Agent(9990189189) But they have yet not taken any action. I had registered a complaint with Cust care in toll free no 18002009001 on 6th sept 2010 and they have told complaint will be soled within 48 hrs. But even after 72 hrs no one had come and solved or phoned to me. On 8th sept when I called the Partpad Ganj engineer, he told me that he had received my complaint and some one will come or myself today itself. On the same day He phoned me at 9.41 pm from the number 01132026567 having drunken and talked as making me as a fool and said that 3 or 4 days will be taken to complete the installation. I am in deep touble and cursing myself to take a bigtv. I have paid Rs.1810.00(1490+320) in total and no channel is shown. So consumer forum is requested to take an action against the irresposible customerservice of the dealer.
