    I have requested for a relocation of my BigTV to reliance customer care.
    I have requested on 4th Sep 2010 and now 14th Sep 2010 there is no response yet.
    No body has contacted me in this regard.
    I have already talk to customer care many times, but the problem is still same.

    Kindly process my request at your level and provide me compensation.

    I had a complaint about my big tv on 13 Sept 2010. It is not working since 5 days. My compliant No 136480666. and i'm calling regularly for last 4 days. i'm just getting false assurance from service centre and no response is being made till now from relieance big tv service centre. Please make sure that you should do something at the earlist . i'm wating for your early response.

    My Big TV Smart Card NO. 200545553135.
    I had a complaint about my big tv on 14 Sept 2010. It is not working since 6 days. My compliant No 136602941. and i'm calling regularly for last 5 days. i'm just getting false assurance from service centre and no response is being made till now from relieance big tv service centre. Please make sure that you should do something at the earlist . i'm wating for your early response.
    I'm also calling your senior level Mrs. Kaplana & Mr. Rajan Verma but no satisfied answer. so please solved my problem

    Thumbs down Reliance Big TV

    I have bought Big TV 2 months back. In this 2 month i am having lot many problems. First i am suffering from poor signal all the time. When ever i call customer care they say maximum 48 hrs issue will resolve but nothing happens till that time. I personally have to call the service engineer number of times and almost have beg to come and fix the issue. This is really bad. Second is these people have deducted amount from my account 1 month back and till now they are not sure why they have deducted and not willing to return back to my account. Even supervisor is not aware of whats happening. Please let me know if any one can help.

    If any one reading this review to get BIG TV connection my recommendation is STRONG NO. Dont get caught in the trap.

    Angry payment deposited in card of big tv still not working

    This is to inform you that i have made payment of Rs 5000 for 2 connections for 1 year,but from last week only one card is showing balance and other is not showing balance and becaude of that my tv channels is not working.Please take immediate action so that i can enjoy my Tv channels.

    Default No disk even after waiting for one year

    I had booked a Reliance Big TV disk on 29-08-09. I was told the installation will be done with in five working days. Mr.Amit Mob.9223356527 & Mr.Arun Mob.9987707771 of Appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd. had come to take my order at my residence. I had paid a cheque of Rs.1490/- of Karnataka Bank Ltd. Ch.No.655014 the same was cleared from my A/C with in 3days. The SAP CODE is 10144785 mentioned in the form of BIG TV/Reliance. I was told I can follow for any query with the
    SAP CODE. I had got a call from Reliance after a month the confirmed to install the disk in 24 hrsther after till date I have not received the Big TV nor there is any communication from the company.

    My request to Reliance is atleast refund the amount at the earliest.

    we r frm abids and our big tv was not working and it says signal lost...as we we did the troubleshooting.though we did this process couple of times it as it is saying signal lost then we had to call customer care but they said it would be done within "48" hours.we r upset with this service how can we watch tv especially during the commonwealthgames...and even the climate over here is even gud..thes not even rain or its not even a windy day.its just a clean climate since 3 days.but the other dth service companies need mostly 2 to 3 hrs...but this big tv says it need 48 hrs?and already 24 hrs has been finished.we hope u would take an action to this message and make ur service even better atleast not 48 hours.............yours hope fully

    ?Reliance big tv

    I had a complaint about my big tv on 12 Dec 2010. It is not working since 5 days. My compliant No142896254. and i'm calling regularly for last 4 days. i'm just getting false assurance from service centre and no response is being made till now from relieance big tv service centre. Today I received a SMS from RM59111- "Dear Reliance BIGTV Customer, your Service Request No 142896254 is closed. Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank You" Till writing this complaint my problem has not been resolved.

    Please make sure that you should do something at the earliest . i'm waiting for your early response.

    hello sir,
    i am theerthalan.k.i got new connection from reliance dth from amutha & co from tambaram on the date of 31/12/10. but they are given datas about new dreliance dth updated to the reliance dth office at 01/01/11 at 11 pm.and i confimed i also. but the problem is that the reliance dth customer care told me that 48 hours time to install at your home. but around 56 hrs time gone still nobody service engg not came.very worst customer care service.

    Default delay in relocation of my Dish

    I have a reliance Big TV DTH service connection with custormer ID no. 200547433341. I had lodged a complaint no.142496981 on 06-12-2010 asking for relocation of my dish from Ist floor to the terrace of my building.I was assured that the matter would be resolved in 2 days. i had also recharged my account on 5th Dec 2010 with Rs. 500 for deduction of relocation charges of Rs. 350. I had been pursuing with the matter regularly but and each time i am told that the engineers would be sent at my place within two days. However no action has been taken by the company till date (07-01-2011).The viewing of the sevice is stopped since Nov 2010 and is causing inconvenience.

    Kindly take up this matter at your level for early action.

    Angry Supervisors giving wrong promises

    Hi,

    I am really frustrate because of my experience of past few days. in October i started my account with you and i was given 3 months of business pack free and 4th month free. i was told that every end of month my account will be credited with 28 rupees. now there no way to see my statement so i used to call customer care and they always said that it is not credited and the whole 3 months will be credited end of 3 months. which never happened and even i confirmed by your customer service agents.

    but it was shocking and surprising for me that today morning when i talked to ASHAR he told me that big tv never gives business pack free. so he also said that WHOEVER SAID THAT IT WAS FREE WAS LYING. it is really strange that one agent said that all the other agents and supervisors are lying. than i told him to transfer the call to supervisor and he was not transferring at any cost and ultimately he disconnected the call. than again i called back and talked to VISHWAKARMA. he transfered me to supervisor. he also said that you people never provides business pack free.

    when i talked to supervisor(SALAHUDDIN MOOSE), from the begining of the conversation he was not helping me but just blaming me for this. first he said that business pack is not free. than suddenly he said that it is free and your account is credited every month for that. he said that on 9th nov 28 Rs. were credited but all the other supervisor and agents whom i had talked with in past 3 months, they never said that your account is already credited and they always said that it will be credited after 3 months only. and this guy, salahuddin was really very rude and was telling me very stupid things (like he said, why are you watching only business channels ?? you have other channels also than what that also ??) so i was suprised and even i asked that why are you asking me such questions... its my personal metter and i can watch any channels which i want. he is no one to ask me or suggest me.

    everytime he was cutting me, not letting me speak, even sometimes he was not letting me complete my sentence. if possible listen to that conversation if it is recorded. i asked for the statement and he strait away said that i cant get it. now if i cant get it how do i know wheather what they are saying is right or wrong because even they only say that the other angents and supervisors did not say any truth.

    right now i only need my statement. i dont think that is big problem for you guys to give me my statement. after all its my account statement so its my right to see for what i have been charged. SO PLZ...SEND ME MY STATEMENT ON BMPATEL@LIVE.COM

    Default Big TV- A very bad experiance

    I have a Big TV DTH Connection in my home from last 2yrs. In Dec2010, Whenever MY connection was running good, Suddenly Adopter has been fault, It has been replaced by BIG TV on the payment of Rs 150/- +service charge of Rs 175/-, But with in 5 days, we again fceced the problem in Adopter, which was under warranty. After a complaint BIG TV Engineer came at my home and he say that satup box have some problem also. So, he change the satup box by other old, on the payment of Rs 500/-with 90days warranty (on dated 17-12-2010). Now from the date of its change, Satup box is not working properly. Now I have register the complaint (148137777) again on dated 01-03-2011, They have replace it again with the commitment of free of cost, because it was under warranty. But they have debit the amount of Rs 500/- from my account next day. And after several telephonic call they have agreed that the amount has been debited wrongly, the will revert it. they have register the request fotr its reversal (Complaint No 148187430), but the request has been closed by Co. in same day with out any resolution. I have again regiser the request for payment reversal by complaint No. 148235631. But did not got any response till date. Now Replaced setup box is not working also.

    About its customer care service, It is very poor and If we need to talk their executives, it will take min 15-30min for connectivity, and all of the illitrate peoples are there, To body have the complete detail about co. policies.

    I want to get rid from this DTH Co. and never suggest to any body.

    I get my STB to Factory settings and since then I am facing only First Installation screen with option of language selection and ' Modify Signal Parameters', which anyway I do not want to touch as it seems all ok. Now how I can go out of this "First Installation" thing and get again to viewing the TV channels...? Nothing seems to work to achieve this.

    but not solved till date while complaint is being closed..

    on next conversation customer care give another complaint number (148924314) which is also pending.

    we r from lb nagar Hyderabad . and our big tv was not working and it says signal lost... we had to call customer care but they said it would be done within "48" hours.we r upset with this service earlier a complaint was registered 4days ago and was given a complaint no 154469054.when en-quired about the processing of the complaint .it was said that the complaint filed was closed.this is the most hurting situation.once again when called to the customer care they are escaping by sayin sorry ,and please register once again the new complaint no we got is 154652561 please give the address of the service centre so that we may personally go the place and will try to get repair it .

    Default complaint for wrongly debited balance

    respecter sir...
    my 1st complaint was some where last week of march.. but fortunatily my problem resolved automatically without interference of engeeneer at same day......after 10-15 day later i was called by engeeneer on my mob for complain and solution..i told him about my big tv status which was already resolved.. after this information he debited 175 rupees from my accont.. that was wrong..and on more wrong thing that he visit only on mobile not my home and after 10-15 days of complain....i complain many time for my wrongly deduced balance for refond in my account.. but no response
    my 2nd complain was on 20 may which was within 60 days of complain and 175 deduced from my account...that was wrong i complain but no response....
    my 3rd complain at 1st june, amount175 deduced my account with in 60 days of 2nd complain....i call and recall to customer care for refund my amount but no response .....i hardly disappointed...
    sir here i want to inform u that this is compony policy no amount will be debited with in 60 day of 1st complaint...
    sir please do something amazing in my favour so my frustation become resolve

    Default A complaint regarding purchase/replacement of a new STB

    Hello, Ahmed Nawaz here. My smart card number is 200602671426. It is registered in my mother's name which is Ms. Syeda Haseeb Fatima. If i recall correctly, we purchased a new Big tv connection in 2008 and had no problems with the service until 31st December, 2010. It was due to our stb getting damaged and so we contacted customer care on that date to register a complaint. We were asked to purchase a new set-top box as our previous set-top box was not under warranty. We agreed for the purchase of new stb and cc sent us a technician with a new stb the next day with a new stb and it was installed.

    However, now the new stb which is not even a year old is damaged again and so we lodged a complaint regarding disruption of service due to an unknown problem on 13th July, 2011 and we were assured of assistance with 48 working hours. A technician visited us on 14th July, 2011 (Today) and confirmed to us that our stb is damaged and needs to either be replaced if under warranty or bought new if not under warranty. We replied, we had only bought it this year in January and the technician said he had to confirm that from his office. After sometime he says, there's no record of the purchase.

    I called the customer care immediately to confirm whether this is true but the customer care executive replied saying there is the record of the purchase of a new set-top box this year (January, 2011) and then i ask him why the technician says it's not in records and wants me to purchase the stb again even when the technician who the new stb in January this year clearly said there's a 1 year warranty on the device. The customer care executive replied there's just 90 day warranty on the device and that the 1 year warranty is provided by the dealer and not the manufacturer. So where am i supposed to find this technician now?.

    Out of no choice i agreed to purchase a new stb again this year but my dilemma right now is who is it that's lying?. The authorized technician who was sent earlier this year who promised 1 yr warranty?. The authorized technician who was sent earlier today who's denying the existence of this year's new stb purchase record or the customer care executive who is confirming the purchase of a new stb this year?.

    My only request to whoever's incharge of online customer relations is to please look into this complaint of mine. Thanks.
