    Default Reliance big tv poor service support

    We have two nos of dth connection .smart card no. 200831805269 and 2nd one is my my brother room whenever i recharge my dth .amount is distributed both of them
    .last month i recharge my dth to 400 . Both connection run one month. But recently my brother recharge dth 400 .my connection is diconnected 10 day only. When i call to customer care they have no satisfactory answer, they say i cant recharge it any time my phone no is 9811110421 ,2nd dth nos 9810265021
    pls resolve the problem

    Default complaint against the services

    My reliance bigtv cable connection is working from 14/10/11. i have registered a complaint at the same day at customer care unit but till date no one attented the complaint.I used to remind customer care unit everyday and i was not able to watch any of the programe from the past one week..this is highly intolarable from your part.i am constrained to file legal steps against the company.

    Plz. do the needful asap otherwise plz surrender Rbigtv system I am very upset to take Rbigtv System and in future never try to take and suggest any person to buy Rbigtv Service.

    As per telephonic discussion with your Executive and engineer we found engineer was misguide to Reliance Digital TV and intensely he log the wrong complaint that antenna was relocated from one place to another place.
    As per your executive when antenna discontinue from his part it means it is relocate when first time, I talk to customer care executive (upper adjusted part of antenna has fallen down) he told me no charges will be deducted from your account and today I again talk to Mr. Vikas at 2:00 Pm he told me if antenna (upper adjusted part of antenna has fallen down), it means it is relocate, he answered me no, no any charges will be deducted from your account. if antenna replace from one side to another side then relocation charges will be deducted.

    So plz either refund or balance in my next amount.

    Kindly do the needful I am suffering from your service.

    This is to inform you that I was taken BIGTV connection 20086889666,dated 09/09/2011 I logged call for dislocate of antena due to wind, in customer care and after two days engineer Mr Narendra called me up for solution and visit at my office dated 11/09/2011 that time I was in office so i requested him to visit my home and resolve the problem but he went there he had some harsh conversation with my landlord and when its came in my knowledge i went there add resolve all issues even then he refused to solve my problem and went away from there.
    Mr Narendra then logged and told that antena was relocate and for this company also deduct Rs 350. and discontinue my service, again i logged a call on 12 of Sep. (161409134 ) to short out problem but no budy bother it solve
    Being customer this is my request to solve my problem as soon as possible and this all done intensely by the engineer even he accept this thing, Plz help me and solve my problem as soon as possible

    Default BIG TV Complaint

    My Big TV connection no is 200637906581 , I have registered a job request for upgradation of HD from ordinary plan ,and the required amount was recharged through e-recharge . But even after one week , and till now there is no response from BIG TV local service peoples. My location is Tirunelveli , whenever i contact customercare , they told that within 24 hours , problem will be rectified. But no response from local service peoples
