Sir, this is very sad to inform u that Last year in the month of oct 2010 I had purchase a reliance digital TV connection from my local dealer ( PUSHPA ELECTRONIC KOROLA, BALIGARI, HOOGHLY-712123 )
On the 29th Aug. I had some problem with my set up box ie my set up box was not responding it was only showing stand by mode...... so I decide to give it to my dealer for repair. Today is 15th september till now I didn't get it back and he is saying that I have to replace it..... the problem is I had lost my warranty card and he didn't give me the original bill.................
Now you tell me what should I do? plz help me out.........

I have purchased a reliance digital connection (HD) from mittal electronics, rishra, few days back. My SCN number being 200906437883. Till date it is not activated. The dealer is not picking up the call. The guy who came to install the DTH does not pick up the call. I had written a mail to the customer care but they dont listen..
