Ref: My big tv smart card no:200514063743
With reference to the above smart card no I had registered a complaint on 9th Oct 2011 with your customer care, complaint no:163408423 which was closed subsequently without my knowledge.
Whereas, the subsequent complaint made with complaint no: 163692857 is still not resolved by the time I am writing this mail to you but has been closed by the technician without my knowledge.
Whereas with respect to the first complaint made with your customer service, I was told that I will be charged with Rs 175/- for the technician to visit my house, which I have already made the payment. Subsequently, as per the technician I was told that the issue is with the Set Top Box and needs a replacement. I was asked to pay Rs 500/- by cash to the technician, but when I contacted Customer Care I was advised not pay any money by cash and hence to recharge the same into my smart card account with you, which I did.
Whereas after repeated calls made to Customer Service in order to know the status of the complaint made I was told that due to non availability of Set Top Box the complaint is in Open status and has been escalated with subsequent mail to Mumbai.
Whereas, On 27th Oct 2011 morning the technician came over to my house and replaced the Set Top Box and the replaced Set Top Box was also an Old one and as soon as the technician left my house, I was receiving the same error message of "Error 400 Signal Lost" for which I had made the complaint earlier. So after all the harassement that I faced, my problem still remains unresolved. However, I called up Customer Care and informed the same and I was provided with this email address to register my greivances.
However, I would request you to look into this matter and do the needful from your end as I find the complaint has been closed by the technician without my knowledge.
Whereas, I called up Customer Service on the subsequent day and when I found that complaint has been closed by the Technician without proper resolution of the same, I therefore registered another complaint 164682456, on 28th Oct 2011, which was stated will be resolved within 48 hours. I find the complaint still in solving status.
I am being subjected to harassement and put into all kind of difficulties for no fault of mine from 9th of Oct 2011 to till date.
Whereas if I am not receiving any reply regarding the same from your end at least by the end of this week. I would be forced to take a legal recourse as I am being denied the service for which I have paid for and was promised for.

The above is the copy of my email to the nodal officer of Reliance Digital TV explaining my experience with them regarding a complaint "Error 400 Signal Lost".
Though I talked to various persons in Customer Care but my complaint was never rectified and I have also recharged for Gold Pack which is valid till 20th Oct 2012 and I am charged by reliance big tv right from 9th of Oct till date on daily basis even though I am not able to view any of the channels except that I get an error message on screen "Error 400 Signal Lost". Its my worst customer care experience in my life and worst service provided ever. I am a customer with reliance big tv for last 2 years.
I would never recommend anyone to avail reliance big tv dth services.
I would request you sir, to advise me regarding this matter as my issue remains unresolved.
