I have a request and seeking for help from you as i am in need of money.
I was working with reliance Communication in DTH Division( Reliance Big TV ) at Lucknow Circle office where my employee code was
I have joined the organisation on April 2008 and resigned on Feb 2009 and got PF account as below:

for your Ref attaching here with copy of Salry slip of month Dec2008.

as on after resignation i have submitted forms for release of my PF funds twice at HR department at Lucknow Circle office. but this is more than 26 months passed i am unable to get my funds back.
for that i have made several telecon conversation with Mr Navin and Mohan who were working in Reliance communication as Hr executive who never gave me proper reply and asked to send mail to EPF office
for which i had done on
Thu, Nov 25, 2010 at 5:45 PM after that no reply from any one till time
