I have purchased Airtel DTH in aug 2009,now on 19th sept 2011 I requested for relocation of the same to my new address A-401 Royal Cottage

Till date there is no proper feedback from the company.whenever i call to the call center there is same reason call in your area there is problem with local cable operators.I requested the no of the head of the team who allocate the work to field staff his name was Mr .NITIN he used bad words with me .when i told him i will go to consumer court he told me that you go wherever you want to go no body can't do any thing with me.now he is not picking up my phone.please help.
