Dear Sir/Madam,
My Airtel Dish TV (CUSTOMER ID – 3000870852) is not working since last friday, logged complaint also on the same day but no solution provided till date my tv still not working.
No proper response for Airtel.
I have written no. of emails made countless phone call but no solution.
They have not even called to check with customer for the status.
I am enclosing emails for your ref. also,

Yet another one day past no resolution, Dish TV not working since last Friday and even you have no courtesy to reply to the customers emails which customer is writing in pain.
Please return our money back and take this dish back as we are not at all satisfied with your services.

Till date complaint not resolved, no call from your customer care for problem solution, I again made call to customer care had discussion with Mr. Nawaz, now he again assured me for resolution by tomorrow 1:30 pm. Four days past still dish tv not working, please compensate for the same.
Also arrange for the engineer visit for which not visit charges should be there as I have not got the service for past 4 days.
Airtel needs to compensate for the same.
If complaint does not got resolved then plz get this de-installed and return the complete money back as I want this dicision because you were not able to serve me in time.

Till now the problem is not resolved, I am surprised to know when I called today morning that my problem is wrongly logged by your CCE.
Since Friday I am getting assurance by Aitel TV Staff that problem will be resolved as soon as possible, but no solution.
Spoke to many of your staff members, Rohit, Aradhna, Sawant, Tanveer, but none of them able to help in resolution.
I have get this re-installed in the month of April'10 that time also was the same problem, after the commitment also your field service engineers didn't came on time inspite of the fact that we have paid for the same.
Kindly provide the compensation for the same.
I truly say I don’t want to keep your product take this back and return the money for the same, as you are not able to provide the service for the same.
I will not be paying for your engineer visit charges as he has not come in time I have lost my Friday Saturday & Sunday.
As on date my A/c Balance is Rs. 297.94/- and A/c Validity is 09-Sept-10.
Yesterday’s Engineer response was so bad (09810690653), after agreement for visit by 6:00 pm also he replied at 5:50 pm that I won’t be coming, you can make a complaint against me I don’t care.
Please identify the person carrying this mobile no. as this is very serious for you.
If the same doesn’t get resolved along with all the necessary compensations by today 3:00 pm then I will put the same in consumer forum and you need to answer there.
Shall appreciate your reply in writing, if customer can take the pain of calling & writing you then you should also reply in writing.

Since 09-Jul-10 morning our Airtel TV is not working, yesterday made complaint for the same (Complaint No. is 3259554). While registering the complaint your CCE tried to connenct me to the technical team for the online trouble shooting but none of your technical staff available to address the problem. Then he assured me that Airtel will arrange call back for the same & complaint resolution by 1:30 pm on 10-Jul-10, but sorry to say no call back and no complaint resolved.
I call today at 3:00 pm and I was told the now will be resolved by Sunday and you have to pay the engineer visit charges.
Then after I asked why by Sunday once I was told the will be resolved by Saturday 1:30 pm then your CCE assured that will be resolved by today 6:00 pm
I am sorry to inform you that despite of our my many telephonic follow-up no body arrived from Airtel TV to resolve the problem till time.
Your Engineer called form Mobile No. 09810690653, at around 4:15 pm for address confirmation and assured that will visit by 6:00 pm, now when I called at same no. he replied that I won’t be coming today.
Very pathetic service level agreement.
You may ask your engineer to get this de-installed the same as I don’t want to keep the product for which there is no timely service.
Me and my parents were struggling for the same since y/t.
This is very serious we and many others have procured your products as they felt that they can rely on Airtel but this not the fact.
I have faced and made the complaint for the signal problem in the month of May’10 also for which there is no record in your system as confirmed by your executives during discussion had toady.
Request you to compensate for the same, and if not able to provide the timely service for your product don’t fool the customer.
I have already advanced paid for the service still not getting the same.
