I took this connection a hd set up box and full one year subscription paid in advance in Jan 2011. The until worked well till march. After march every 710 th day there is error message on my tv. I have raised 17 compliance till today and written around 25 emails.
Every now and then some one comes here closes the complaint even before resolving the issue.

I would be happy to surrender my connection I get my entire money back.
Please suggest how to go to court regarding the matter to get compensation from a so called great company called airtel.
