hi i am kalyan, i have recharged my airtel account with 1600/- (ac no : 3004791265) on 20-09-2010. at that time i have told to that customer care plz activate for one year subscription. they told me they activated one year subscription. i have got message also. but now they sent a message on 30-12-2010 " please recharge your account, if not it will cut within 2 days". i dont know how it is possible, 1600 rupees for 3 months.
(from 20 th september to 31st december)
i didn't activate any other channels. then how it is possible.
i have called for customer care, they are not accepting any calls. i have send HELP msg also. they didn't calll. worst customer care and service.
