I am a customer of Sun Direct from past one year. I bought this connection in Kalkaji, South Delhi from one of the dealer over there. My Smartcard number is 41233641202
Now i want to shift this connection to the below address due to my new job.

Sant Nagar, Buradi (North Delhi)
I called Sun Direct Delhi customer care no. 39407575 and locked my connection for transferring. They told me that Sun Direct service people will shift this connection from South Delhi to Noth Delhi within 24hrs and they gave me the following register number 1-3164724319. Also they told me that you have to pay Rs. 300.00 (Rs. 150.00 + Rs. 150.00) for installation/shifting charges.
After somany calls to your Noida Nodal office as well as your south delhi representive number (9311860994) from monday 27/6/2011, finally I received a call from their service people, he told me that he is ready to install this connection south delhi to north delhi due to long distance. I am ready to give Rs. 300.00 to their service engineer for shifting this connection, I can't understand what is the problem and till date I did not get any response from your customer care.
So Kindly look into the matter very seriously & do the needful immediately.
