I am B.Shiva shankar rao a resident of visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. we have Sun Direct DTH connecting which is on the name of my father B.Demudu its already 2years we have this service. In this 2 years we have given complant to Sun Direct customer care that its not working properly we are not getting the channels properly. but they are not at all interested in solving our problem they just give us a message that it will be solved soon
