    Default Sun Direct - The worst service provider's i have ever seen in my life

    I have been calling them from last 72 hrs and all the time they raise a new ticket and also when you tell them to sms the complain number they never do. Also i have already recharged and i am losing my money day by day . There customer care people never have a correct solution and keep you waiting for long long time . Even i went to there outlet near my house who's address is 112/1, Srinivasa Complex, Government School, Mangammanapalya Main Road, Bommanahalli, the guy there first of all was unable to communicate and the incharge of that shop was out for around 1 hrs, i waited there and called him again and again and he was just saying coming in 5 mins and then we left from there. Please help.

    hi,
    You have not mentioned anything about your problem with DTH. If you explain it, you may get help from forum members. There are certain problems which can be solved by the customer himself. Otherwise search google with the key words of your problem. You may find the solution there.

    Hi rossus thanx for your suggestion and i am amazed how come people can tell me solution when the support people in sun direct are not able to resolve the same . Let me explain in detail . Our recharge got expired on 27th of last month as we were out of town and when came back due to lack of balance our DTH got deactivated and so we thought that we should rather go to the sun direct outlet so we went there and no one was there on that shop name sms group then i called at there customer care center 3 days back and in morning they say our executive will come at your place withing 24 hrs and at evening they say it will take 48 hrs now its almost 72 hrs and there is no sign of response from there side . The error which i am getting is "No Signal". It will be helpful if anyone can help me in this regard . What i think the problem is at there end because before 27th everything was working fine after deactivation only it stopped working and also we don't play around with the DISH so its not a problem at our end ......

    One more thing there solution are so pathetic . They told to go to task reminder icon and press red button then yellow . How come reminder thing help you with solving connection problem . I told them that what kind of a solution is this ... i am telling you that this is the level of knowledge sun direct customer care executives are having....

    hi,
    It seems u have to recharge the account. Get recharge voucher from any outlet and the rest u can do yourself. Visit Cinema Plus Add-on Pack for details regarding vouchers available, and the method of recharging without contacting customer care, etc. Log in to check your account to find the recharge is successful or not. This is the most reliable method to adopt. In case of failure only contact the customer care. If u try with credit card or net banking the amount debited may not reflect in your account.
    Hope your problem will be solved.

    Hey Rossus,

    First of all are you from Sun Direct . And please read what i have written carefully and don't reply in the same way like sun direct people are explaining . I have already recharged my account dude which i don't know how to explain you . I thought i will get some better response here but people related to sun direct are same everywhere.....

    Hey Cambel that grt at least u understood and learned from the problem which i shared, otherwise after posting here i was getting comments like sun direct people giving me and I will today, tomorrow and forever say the same thing that never go for a sun direct connection.. again yesterday after 4-5 says of struggle we finally called customer care and asked them to give any outlet nearby our place number then again the two numbers which they gave ..... one was switched off and second person is now not working for them ..... then we ourselves call them and asked them if you could please solve our problem then they said we will charge Rs 150 for doing all this though our sun direct is 4 months old that is under warranty and also as told our request was forwarded to them by so called sun direct customer care executive's and frustrated me, told them okay i will pay because i have no other option left and already my recharge was getting wasted from last 5 days. One more problem that there outlets haveold local language speaker who don't know english and hindi... two guy came yesterday which shows they don't have any coordination or contact. Then the guy fixed the problem finally after 5 days and i saw some sign of relief ... but i was surprised that how they solved the problem with all this surprise i came back home from office watched tv for just 5 mins and what i see i get an error "signal got scrambled" then i again called them and said guys you are most helping people in the world please help me again and i told them error and the intelligent customer care representative executive who think that people who are calling are dumb because he said me to check first channel and again and again repeating and me saying i am not saying man he said see properly then i told dude i don't lie for stupid things then he said sir i am refreshing from my side please check properly . They are so arrogant they don't let you speak anything. Finally he came up with his patent words which are provided with sun direct that it will take 48hrs to resolve this problem since we have to forward this request to our technical team and me getting more frustrated that after 4 days i saw some positive sign and not again , guy assuring me sir you won't face problem in your life from today from sun direct at least . Still they are working lets see because i am in office and can check by today evening whether it worked or not ...... people those who want to believe me believe and if not, then compromise and stay stupid...

    i am still waiting for your valuable opinion about the best service provider's you had seen in your life. //
    it is clear your 4 months experience with sun direct is worst. // which one you recommend for me to take at bengaluru. // since you are highly experienced in this matter pl. help me at your earliest. // i am badly in need of a dth connection due to poor signal quality of the cable connection. // so what is the latest development with your sun direct connection. // did you pay Rs.150/- ? // pl. post further developments for the benefit of forum members.

    hey sorry for not replying cambel and i am not that experienced in trying DTH .. even i am new to bangalore and what i find that its better to take local cable rather than any DTH because here cable operator a so idiot that they play and unscrew ur dish when u r not at home so its better to take cable from them and also u get many channels otherwise plans here normally support local channel and for taking extra channel ur amount will go more than 250 which is normal charge by cable operators here......also cable quality is good here , the only bad thing is thet charge 500 deposit which is non refundable i don't know why?? anyways thats feel grt that u r goin by my suggestions ....
