sun direct dth addon package is not displaying channels even after complaining several times

my name is jarina from salem. my smartcard number is 41328134683 and i put add on package containing sony entertainment television & zee tv (code no.013 -my hindi pack) on 31.07.10 . the pack worked for just one day. but from 1.08.10 night till now the channels are showing E16 error msg. i called 5 times to customer care. every time they tell me to do manual scan or refresh factory setting. i am fed up with these procedures. i put this add on for my aunt who is alone at home having heart problem. i have the complaint number also. now what shall i do?
