I am Rajeev And My SUN Tv Smart card ID is -41208696991. Before charging I have called customer care centre and confirmed the amount to be charged on 16 Jan 2012 , then they told me that your balance is Rs. 26 and your validity is up to 21 st Jan 2012 .Than I ask to them that I want to recharge for six month for my Hindi shine pack they told me to recharge with 764 ,than I recharge my account with Rs. 800 for six month &they confirm me that your recharge is successful with Rs. 800 Rs. and now your shine pack is activated for six month. But till today I am not be able to watch the TV channel because they have disconnect the service from 21 jan 2012 ,even I had recharge my account five day before the expiring of my account .when I call customer care on 22 jan 2012 then they told me that your service is temporary disconnected due to some problem and it will activate with in 24 hrs. that is the standard reply that is given and I have spend lot of money to talk with customer care for mobile .
Plz told me what should i do?plzz. ?I have spent my lot of precious time on this matter.
