I am living in Goa , Mapusa and the DTH connection that I am having is Sun DTH. The same has been not under problem (no signal is getting) from Septmeber 1 st and complained about it but no action has been taken till today. I had already recharged for 2 months and that money is gone without viewing any channels. Always I am calling and no body comming to rectify, instead telling tomorrow tomoroww.... Now the mail has been receved from their nodal office that the distributer informed as rectified . I don;t know how they are fooling the customers. This is second time happening and all the time I called private technician and rectified this. I have wasted al most Rs.2000 for all this kind of problems when they changed their frequesny and all.
