Services not correct from more than a month. No channels were available for one week. Now only 70% of the channels available. The channels which are unavailable are the channels which we watch most of the time. Service was extended for one week (Validity). But the services are not correct still now. And charges are made on the full services. Now we have recharged it again. I want the Amount to be refunded as compensation or the services validity to be extended.

I have Sun Direct DTH connection. Set up Box was not working. I contacted Sun Direct for repair. They asked me to contact the dealer from whom I took the connection. I contacted M/S Abhirami Audios & Videos, New No. 170 (old No. 305E) T.T.K. Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018 from whom I took Sun direct connection. Through them one Mr. Dinesh came from M.S.T. Enterprises Pvt. ltd., No. 52, Venkateshwara colony, 11th cross street, Nehrunagar, Kottivakkam, Chennai 41 vide their bill no. 3505 dtd. 30.07.2010 . From day one onwards, I have been calling M.S.T. Enterprises everyday. Whenever I called they said it would be given next day. After 25 days they came with new set up Box . As I had misplaced the smartcard, they said they would bring some other set up box next day. Same day I got back my smartcard. Same day I informed the same over phone. But they neither returned my old set up box in the same condition or repaired condition. 30 days are over, still I am not able to view the sundirect due to careless and casual attitude of Abhirami audios & Videos and M.S.T. Enteprises. I have been making 4 phone calls everyday. since 25 days. I suffer heavy mental pressure due to this. Kindly advise me.
