i KSLN Srinivas customer of Sundirect Dish TV with Smart Card Number 41418158337. I am in Allahabad City and my contact number id 8009602961. I am facing problem in signal receiving since 27 May 11 due to Strong Storm in Allahabad. I Have made a complaint to this effect with complaint number 1-2980135320 dated 27 May 11 and customer care has told me that the problem will be resoled in 24 hours. The was existed till 28 May 11 and i have not even got call from concern department regarding the problem. Again i have made a complaint regarding the same issue with complaint number 1-29858841 dated 28 May 11. Still problem not yet resolved and no call from concerned department. once again i have made a complaint with number 1-2994711199 dated 29 May 11. The response from Customer care is very poor. As per company rules, the problem has to be rectified within 24 hours but at my end problem pending more than 48 hours. kindly look into the matter and get it resolve.
