Its almost more than 1 month that i am not getting 19 channels from sundirect and those people so irresponsible that they wont care for customer...

I suggest everyone, please dont take sundirect dth ever never...

Sir, we are living in small village, so we take sun dth services from past 1.5 years. But now the services very worst by sun dth. The radio ch**** are not available in sun dth from past 4 monhts , we asked customer care but there is no response, and if the curency is no in our a/c then the free ch****s are not available in sun DTH, But the free ch**** like Doordarshan should be avilable if the balance is no in our a/c. This rules is not followed by SUN DTH services.
