Sundirect dth service

I am a customer of sundirect with smart no 41208615496 has been facing problem with non-availability of subcribed channels.

The company has declared they have satellite problems and the subcribition would be free untill the issue is resolved.But they aren't providing the same,deducted money from the credit balance which I had.
