    Default Sundirect dth service complaint

    Dear Sir,

    we had been using sundirect for the past 3 years,we were so happy and we even spoke to others,but now we feel very upset with sun direct service.

    we had recharged through phone on last friday-6.8.10,but til today they have not activated any channel except kalainar tv.

    we have and are missing so many programms.we had called so many times and nearly we had spent 200 rupees for the calls,but no use.

    kindly request you to go through the problem and let us get satisfaction again.

    Thumbs down Sun DTH E16 Service currently scrambled for many days

    Sirs,

    Recently Sun DTH updated software and there was no relay for a week,after that they cut 3/4 channels of all languages without informing customers.When customers complain they say few channels are not now available(NDTV imagine) and you will get rest after few hours,after 3 hours we see majority of channels are scrambled,again we complained to Sun customer care who says it will be rectified after 2 hours,after 2 hours we dont get any channels,the call centre is silent.Recently service of Sun Dth is bad every 2 months we have problem,we have to pay and get it rectified even if it is Sun's service problem.My advice is dont go for Sun DTH it will trouble you often.

    recently after making changes in sun direct wecant get bindass and ndtv imagine please please telecast that channel.
    about sms service:
    we hav topuped for 1 yr but if we ask for balance if shows 'insufficient bal plz topup'

    I am living in Gurgaon,I had complain many times to gurgaon over the phone that some channels are not activating. after remind them many times they sand person once he was also done half work and ran away ,i face still same problem and called them again,but now the ordeal starts,they pepole become deaf & Dumb. In the offoce at gurgaon some Girls are sitting some times there beheivor is also untolerable.can any on suggest pls wht i do to get rid of this panic?

    Thumbs down Sun Direct - Very bad Service

    I have taken a sundirect connection on 19-Aug-10. The service has been very poor from the day of installation.

    The installation people from the distributors end were so arrogant and not at all service oriented. After taking the connection, the signals were not at all good. During night we cannot watch most of the channels as the signal is so weak. In order to get some help regarding this i happened to call the customer care which was really pathetic to the core. The customer service ****yst was not understanding the issue and she kept me on mute for a long time and finally after a long wait, they disconnected the call.

    The server is toooooooo BAD.

    Question Sundirect dth complaint

    I had been taken sundirect dth last 2 years and last 5 months ch****s not getting properly, information chanels showing contact customer care and i have given complaint 3 weeks before, after that nobody respond, and i have remaint 3 times but so far no responce this is my bad experiance from sundirect.     Default Sun direct very worst service

    HI,

    Our DTH number is 41155447497. We have the Sun dth and we have not seen the worst customer service for DTH. We have raised the complaint to change the dish direction to get the channels before 15 days. No response till now. Unable to conact the nodal officer too... Im sorry to say worst service .. No response also from cutomer service.

    Angry Shameless Sundirect

    The sundirect dth service is so bad that I want to throw their dth connection from my terrace directly to the nearby drainage. I called their helpdesk, nodal office, dealers and everybody in their office daily for the past couple of weeks, but no response. I don't get to see about 10 channels after paying for that due to some satellite settings that they have to change. customers are treated like garbage and they don't mind if the customer is losing their money. i want to actually sue them in the consumer court, but at the interest of my time and money, i am leaving them scot free to get away with my hard earned money. I would call they cheaters. their service may be the cheapest but its the worst service i have seen so far from any company.

    I am living in Mumbai,I had complain many times to Sun Direct DTH over the phone that some channels are not activating. I am assured that my dish would be realinged in 72 hours and I am recalling after each 72 hours since October but the request remains a remains and hace remained so since long.

    Default sun direct not maintaining properly

    i T Murali having sun direct connection with card no 41005963321R. about 20 days we not getting since change of dish frequency and as per his instructions informed to set it. but no body turned up and rectified it complain no is 1126626035.

    I thought , I am only affecting of this worst customer care service of SUN DTH .After seing this , now I come to know everyone is affecting of this.I dont know why they are still continuing this sun direct if they are not able to satisfy or complete customer complaints.As many people said this is shame and they are cheaters.I have been begging them since August till today no response .Its my fault I understood this very late. I am planning to throw this to drainage or to burn this on pongal bogi.

    Sun Direct has moved to a new Satellite. When I switch on my TV, I am getting a message saying "We have moved to a new satellite. Hence your Dish needs to be retuned to the new satellite immediately. Service on this satellite will stop shortly. Our distributor/Dealer will do the Dish adjustment free of cost. To enjoy uninterrupted programs/Channels please contact your nearest dealer/distributor immediately."

    It’s been more than two and half month passed. Day by day the no. of channels I am viewing is reducing but every month Sun direct charging for the total channels. Apparently Sun direct charging for the services which are not actually provided to me. I am very frequently calling Sun direct customer care and complaining them to provide the full services. So far five service request has been raised to restore the services for me on priority. As per the customer care people my request has been transferred to the Technical department 2 days back. But nothing happened.

    Here I am loosing money in two ways.

    1. I am paying for the services which I am not getting from Sun direct
    2. I had to call Sun direct customer care very frequently to get the complete services.

    As this is the problem with service provider (Sun direct) why should customer suffer with that? They should have engaged adequate staff to restore the services. Otherwise they should not charge for the services which they are unable to provide.

    Since from last 3 month Sun direct mentally tortured me a lot. My family is also suffering a lot due to this. I have no patience to wait. I request you to kindly do the needful.

    Sir i want to tell you that my sun direct dth is not giving me availabe channels.
    because you moved to a new satelite some favorite channels is already moved from almost 3 month.
    so i want to request you plese connect my dth to your new satelite.
    i am your customer since 2 years it is better for me .
