Dear Sir,
we had been using sundirect for the past 3 years,we were so happy and we even spoke to others,but now we feel very upset with sun direct service.
we had recharged through phone on last friday-6.8.10,but til today they have not activated any channel except kalainar tv.
we have and are missing so many programms.we had called so many times and nearly we had spent 200 rupees for the calls,but no use.
kindly request you to go through the problem and let us get satisfaction again.
