Sir,
I bought my sundish TV in nine or ten month before, for the last one month there is not a single channel working properly. I have made complains number of times in there consumer care, but there is not a single action taken by them till date. I have been call daily on customer care and other distributer for my problem and i become demoralized by this service. They always said that the this problem will solve in next day or the forthcoming day. But now this is over a month while doing complains.

Kindly do the needful in this matter as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
I had recharged my account last month i.e August 20.08.10 for 1 year and has chosen MEGA Shine Pack
In that Now I am not getting STAR NEWS,disney English,Disney Xd and no Music channels. After repeated complaints to the customer care nothing has been done to restore the above mentioned channels,every time the Executive use to tell me that we have refresh you will receive after 02 hrs and put the same channel in on Mode.
