i took tata sy contection last year earlier is working ok . but last three month its not working. i pay around 1000 Rs of channel. but i unable to view these channel. i registered complaint around six time. now they want 350 Rs extra for visit or they are not refund my last three month money. they behave badely. i have a name person is jyoti (customer care executive ) she reply my query very badly. please help me and guide me how can i complaint these people.

My tatasky STB is not turning on since 28th aug and lodged complaint on 28th AUG
no one responded till 2nd of sep moreover when technician came to my house he replaced my original
STB with another defective STB which stopped working Half an hour after service engineers left my premises. When I contacted customer care they said u will be served again on 6th of sep.

But till then my account balance is reducing day by day though I am not able to see any of the services

The tatasky service seems to be pathetic.
