Hi i have been trying to get tata sky to help resolve a Zero signal issue at home for the part 7 days and all they are saying is that they would be resolving the same in 24 hrs. that is the standard reply that is given.

Help is needed to get them to resolve the same.

Hi Ankur,
Even I was once charged for Annual Mega Pack wherein I had subscribed for Annual Grand Sports Pack. I made a complaint posting my subscriber id and I got a call from their customer service team who fixed my issue and altered my packaging to annual grand sports pack returning the additional sum that was deducted. IMO you too should post your complaint with your subscriber id or else another effective way would be by tweeting your issue to Tata Sky’s official handle @TataSky. I am sure they will have a solution for this issue.
