I bought Tata Sky HD Pack by paying total money Rs. 3350/-. Dealer Arcee Electronics of Vashi made me speak to tata sky call center executive who explained me that 3350 includes installation and 2 months of grand sports pack + HD for free. After following up several times i'm told that HD wont be provided only grand sports pack is given. Tata Sky website says that installation and grand sports for 2 months charges are 1950/-. So Rs. 1400/- is what i paid additional to what i was suppose to pay. Neither Tata sky, niether installer nor Arcee are rectifying this. Please advice me how to go ahead about this.
