My Tatasky subscription number is 1002308797 under name of LV. Tata Sky follows up and follow through diligently and aggressively for payments and selling add-ons but fail miserably delivery of customer services delivery. A customer care associate by name Nagaraj (name given on phone, so not sure if this is true) picked up my request for upgrading my subscription to Tatasky HD Plus and must have called atleast 20 times during the day to sell me this product. Finally I got sucked and payment was made using credit card. The guy never called back though he promised that He will keep me updated on when the installation guys will come. I wasted my one full holiday waiting for these guys to come and install. No one turned and my weekly holiday got screwed. each time I call them I end up speaking to a new guy in their call center. My experience with them was earlier good but now has been personally insulting and humiliating despite having paid up money. Can anyone tell me how do I reach to their seniors or go to consumer form to get my money back. What do I do????
My Tata sky subscription is 11892003014 i received call from the Tata Sky office that they are sending the technical person on 25.10.10 for installing. But inspite of repeated requests they are not responding our requests. Kindly instruct them to appoint the technical person for installing at our office by 04.00 p.m. today
I bought a Tata Sky HD+ (id:1072593682) and on their website they mentioned free installation. However their engineer came and asked for Rs.500 which I denied paying to him. He then said that without a particular switch my DTH will not work and fixed the same in my home. He then went on to lie that he has used above 30m wire and hence charged me 500 for premium installation. The customer care executive also did not help and said that i will have to pay 500. I have a written mail from him. I will take them to court if my problem is not addressed properly.
My query is that if TataSky HD+ cannot work without that switch then at first place only they should mention this clearly. After purchasing only they tell about this hidden costs which is equivalent to cheating.
i bought a tata sky hd digicomp in february 2011. in oct my digicomp didn't turn on . so my digicomp was replaced with another digicomp . but i found that it was a old one . after 2 days again the same prolem repeated .. for two weeks tata sky replaced my digicomp 6 times which were having audio ,video , powering on problems. when i asked them to replace me with a new sealed digicomp they didnt do so. Even after the service engineers ' repeated request they didnt give me a new set top box. under the warranty period im facing this problem . my tata sky id is 1061844534. Tata sky hd provides one the poorest components in the world . tata sky is completely deaf to hear the advice from their own service engineers. so ppl be careful. dont go for tatasky hd . be4 subscribing to any other company ,enquire abt their policy of servicing the set top boxes.
I have been calling Tata Sky people for the instalation of my tata sky disc but no result yet.It has been continuing for over two months after I shifted from Lonavala(Pune,maharashtra) to Nandura(Buldana,Maharashtra).
