I am having Tata Sky DTH connection since 2008. My Subscription ID is 1018915213. The connection is in my name, Bhartendu Kumar Chaturvedi.
My address is A-501, Shivlok, Raheja Apt. Balkum, Thane-400608. I had logged complaint of not working of remote control through my registered mobile no. 923501762 on 24-09-2010. As per their schedule the complaint should be attended within 72 hrs, i.e. by 27-09-2010. Since then I had remined many times but no action what so ever is done by Tata Sky so far. I am giving hereunder the details of complaints made for your reference. S.N. Date Person responded (Online) Complaint No. 1 24-09-2010 Mr. Vishal 1-7486127812 2 27-09-2010 Ms. Pratima 1-7509393087 3 28-09-2010 Mr. Nitin 1-7518639295 4 29-09-2010 Mr. Vijay 1-72525814496 All the times whenever a call is made some new person comes on line and the earlier one is not treceable. This appears to be call centre and I strongly doubt about the correctness of the names of callers. Since the remote is not working so I am not able to use the service allthough the daily charges are being deducted from the amount already depositied with them. As there is no othenticated office of Tata Sky in Thane or Mumbai so I can not even contact any body in person. The only way to contact is through ;hone which apears to be false. I request you to take strong action so that my problem is solved and no other person like me is suffered |
