With reference to my trail mail I conclude that you people could not be resolve my problem

In that case I have one more option that you refund my amount after deducting use hours and then I will purchase hd box with recording in 50 % off as per your executive I have Rs3000 cr balance upto 31.12.11 so you are request you please refund my Rs. 3000 or adj this amount with new HD BOX rest 1000 I will pay by cr card so as per your telephonic discussion I will pay you Rs.4000 and you will replace me HD box and CR me Rs.2000 and this amount utiliased in future against my monthly payment as per my requirement

Thanks for your non response on my mail from your North India Office

I got response from you but no one try to contact me on my complaint till date from your North India Office regarding my complaint

Now I want to inform that also work in same tv cable industry and know how I resolve my problem through TRAI

This also good experience with you and give us a lesson that never paid annual subscription to any one other wise if any one pay annual subscription they your slave instead of customer as they cant change DTH due to annual subscription paid in advance

With reference to my mail I have received a call from your Banglore office no 04067284700 at 2.45pm and he told me that executive from North India call me for my issue but till date no response received from your side

Please let me know are interested to exchange my STB with HD recorder in Rs.2000 or Not or second option is I will pay Rs.4000 and you will pay me interest @24 % on my credit balance for 9month as this balance I will utilized after 9 month

I also like to inform you that I have good relation in TRIA if you fail to solve my problem with in 2 daus I will contact with TRAI personally for this issue

Recently I take Annual Pack for RS.5500 expire on 06.07.2012 as per Tata Sky the inform that in this pack the include all promotional pack in future and all other benefit automatically include in future

On 29.10.11 TATA Sky offer Full HD Box on 50% discount in this regards I Talk to Executive Mr.Manish on 29.10.11 at 4.14 pm Ph No.0172 223670 an the agree to exchange my Normal STB with HD Recorder STB in Rs.2000 ,But at the time of payment by Credit Card the inform me I must pay Rs.4000 instead of Rs.2000 (Rs.2000 the will credit my account )

Now my issue is as per Tata Sky they display on 29.10.11 for above offer 50% discount of HD recorder STB the why the inste to pay Rs.4000 it means the collecting money forcefully from customers

It means we are slave of TATA Sky , as we pay annual pack for twelve months and after that any offer if we wants we pay again more money for these offers and we cant change to other DTH as we pay for 12month subscription .

Please let me know What type of help you may give us
