I am subscriber of TATA sky DTH south jumbo pack. The reason for opting this package was to view Malayalam and Tamil channels. Lately, three malayalam channels namely DD malayalam, Kirali, and Amrita have been removed without any prior notice. when contacted TATA sky, they say they have notified through leading newspaper namely Indian Express (which is not the leading daily in Chennai, as I live in Chennai) and some other Hindi daily. When queried why removal of malyalam channels notified in Hindi daily than a malayalam daily, they do not have an answer. Neither have they notified through the Alerts provided through their own message alerts. Can you please guide me as to what to do with regard to this.
