COMPLAINT AGAINST THE TATA SKY DTH
I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE PROVIDED BY TATA SKY DTH SERVICES. FROM LAST 45 DAYS I AM FACING THE PROBLEM I.E. YOUR DIGICOM IS ENABLE TO RECEIVE SIGNALS.
I REGRET TO QUOTE THAT DESPITE OF MY REPETITIVE SIX COMPLAINTS MY TATA SKY IS NOT WORKING SATISFACTORY AND I AM UNABLE TO SEE MY TV PROGRAMS. DURING THE VARIOUS VISITS OF TATA SKY EXECUTIVES, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO EVEN DETECT THE PROBLEM AND ALSO UNABLE TO TELL IN HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL START WORKING. I HAVE ALSO DEPOSITED THE CHARGES RS.350 TWICE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS ALSO DEDUCTED FROM MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ENJOYING MY INTERACTIVE TV SERVICES.
I REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELF TO INTERVENE THE MATTER AND KINDLY ADVISED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND I ALSO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ADVISE THAT TO REFUND THE CHARGES WHICH IS ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT FOR NOT PROVIDED FROM LAST 45 DAYS.
