    Angry Tata sky dth services

    COMPLAINT AGAINST THE TATA SKY DTH
    I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE PROVIDED BY TATA SKY DTH SERVICES. FROM LAST 45 DAYS I AM FACING THE PROBLEM I.E. YOUR DIGICOM IS ENABLE TO RECEIVE SIGNALS.
    I REGRET TO QUOTE THAT DESPITE OF MY REPETITIVE SIX COMPLAINTS MY TATA SKY IS NOT WORKING SATISFACTORY AND I AM UNABLE TO SEE MY TV PROGRAMS. DURING THE VARIOUS VISITS OF TATA SKY EXECUTIVES, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO EVEN DETECT THE PROBLEM AND ALSO UNABLE TO TELL IN HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL START WORKING. I HAVE ALSO DEPOSITED THE CHARGES RS.350 TWICE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS ALSO DEDUCTED FROM MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ENJOYING MY INTERACTIVE TV SERVICES.
    I REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELF TO INTERVENE THE MATTER AND KINDLY ADVISED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND I ALSO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ADVISE THAT TO REFUND THE CHARGES WHICH IS ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT FOR NOT PROVIDED FROM LAST 45 DAYS.

    Angry Very Poor Customer Care Service

    TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS UNRELIABLE , PROVIDES FALSE UPDATES , NO COMMITMENT.

    HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR TATY SKY ON 21/10/10, ON 23/10/10 WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINEER WOULD COME FOR INSTALLATION ON 23/10/10 . HOWEVER HE NEVER TURNED-UP

    CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN ON 23/10/10 AND WAS SUPRISED TO KNOW THAT NO SUCH CALL WAS INITIATED. NO CLUE AS TO HOW THE TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE HAD CONFIRMED 23/10/10 APPOINTMENT, WAS AGAIN ASSURED THAT ON 24/10/10 THE EXECUTIVE IS EXPECTED TO COME WITH HARDWARE. ON 24/10/10 WHEN I CALLED UP , AGAIN GOT A SUPRISING ANSWER FROM THE EXECUTIVE "NO SUCH APPOINTMENT:.

    FED-UP WITH ALL THIS, SPOKE TO THE SENIOR AND LODGED COMPLAINT (complaint # 1-80-297911595) AND WAS ASSURED AGAIN THAT THE EXECUTIVE WILL DEFINITELY COME ON 27/10/10. WHEN ASKED WHAT'S THE GURANTEE , THEY SAID WE HAVE A COMPLAINT AND EVERY COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED IN 24HRS.



    ON 27/10/10 , TOOK LEAVE FROM OFFICE AS I HAD TO REMOVE THE GRILL AND MY PRESENCE WAS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION. CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE AT 3PM AND WAS ASSURED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT THE EXECUTIVE WILL COME AT 5PM AND COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION.

    AT 4PM CALLED-UP AGAIN AT CUSTOMER CARE TO CONFIRM . BUT WAS SUPRISED TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH APPOINTMENT . I WAS ZAPPED, ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SENIOR . THE SENIOR AS USUAL ONLY HAD TO SAY THAT WE WILL TRY OUR BEST. SHE WAS MORE HAPPY TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AS THAT WOULD HAVE ENSURED THAT THE SLA IS NOT BREACHED AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE RAISED A COMPLAINT FOR CANCELLATION REQUEST AND HAD DISCONNECTED THE CALL.

    HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AS THE CONVERSATION WAS INCOMPLETE HOWEVER FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE GOT TO KNOW THAT THERE IS CANCELLATION REQUEST. WHEN ASKED WHO WILL BEAR THE EXPENSE OF ALL THE TROUBLE THAT HAS CAUSED TO ME, THERE WAS NO ANSWER. HAD FORCED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO CANCEL THE CANCELLATION REQUEST AS I WANTED TO ESCALATE THIS TO THE SENIORS.

    I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN ESCALATE THE COMPLAIN THROUGH MY TATASKY.COM HOWEVER WHEN TRIED TO LODGE THE COMPLAIN THERE WAS NO SUCH OPTION .

    WE'VE ALWAYS GONE BY TATA BRAND WHICH ACTUALLY MEANT :"TRUST" HOWEVER I'VE REALISED THAT WITH THE CHANGING TIME TATA'S HAVE ALSO CHANGED AND ARE NO MORE TRUSTWORTHY.

    ASK ANY INDIAN ABOUT TATA'S THEY WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND TATA'S AS THEY CAN BE TRUSTED HOWEVER THE IMAGE IS CHANGING AND I CAN SEE THAT.

    IT HAS TAKEN DECADES FOR TATA'S TO BUILD TRUST IN PEOPLE BUT NOW I CAN SEE THAT MOTO HAS CHANGED.

    Angry Pathetic service by Tata Sky

    Unfortuately i have to say that i have never seen more pathetic service than what Tata Sky personnel have provided.
    I raised a problem with helpline on 20th Nov 2010, regarding the wire change. As i have been using Tata Sky since 2007, it is bound to have some damages in it. Then i got the first blow. They would charge me 350 Rs to change the wire. Is it not company responsibility to change the wire? Atleast one who is using it for 3 and half years now? Or do they expect us to carry through with the same wire for entire Life?
    Still i gathered my patience and agreed to it. I was told he would visit on Monday morning. I though "fine, they would surely take some time to gather sources"
    I call up on Sunday evening asking for Status. A sure shot committment is made that he would come on Monday afternoon. They ask me for my preffered timing and stuff. I decide to skip work so that there is no issue with the sevice (else noone would be at home on weekday afternoon).
    Nooone turns up. Call centre doesnt pick up call atleast for 20 minutes. Then the response is "executive would come on next day"
    Everyday I have to follow up waiting "on hold" for 15 minutes or longer. False committment being made everyday that issue would be resolved (executive visits arranged on Mon, Tue, Wed), which has still not taken place. No call backs from call centre even after repititive requests from my side. No mannerisms in the call centre executive guys (they suggest me to cancel Tata Sky service). Why do i pay for these 4 days when i am not using the service (which you are not providing me)? Am using service since around 3 and half years now and this has made me rethink if the services should be used anymore.

    Default Poorest customer service

    I had made a request to change the connection address as i was shifting my residence and got the reply that same will be done within 72 hours.( DO YOU BELIEVE IN THIS WORLD OF COMPETITION A SERVICE PROVIDER IS GIVING YOU A TIME FRAME OF 72 HOURS TO SHIFT THE CONNECTION)

    The engineer came after two days and behaved rudely and he simply detached the connector of other cable operator to connect the Tata Sky connection. I have to face embarrasement before my neighbours and also not getting any signal as the cable operator had removed the connector( removed by Tata sky engineer).

    Again i had to lodge a complaint and received a message that the person will come within 48 hours.
    I had been denied to view the services for 5 days and also have to pay during those days.
    I had made several complaints to their supervisor/senior supervisor and they keep telling to give the credit in my account and taking against the rude and errant engineer but nothing happened.
    Please do something in this regard

    Hi,

    Same problem is been faced by me for the last couple of days & when contacted customer care they are least bothered people .
