My name is Karan Joura. Today Tatasky has launched an offer that they will give 50% discount for people who buy on there helpline by calling through credit card but when i called then in morning from my number the person said lines r busy of sales and they will contact in halg hour but till now noone has contacte dplus i have called then many times but still they say wait time is more than 20 seconds and it asks us wether we want a call back for it in 2 hours and i have registered in it about 10 times but till now its been more than 9 hours they have not replied.

These kind of marketing frauds should be taken care of as we call on STD numbers where we have to pay heavy charges but there is no responce. Please look in matter and take some step for such acts.
