I had requested for a relocation; while relocation I wanted a add on connection; TATA Sky customer care kept calling and told me to buy a new connection and the old one would become an add on connection;
I was offered annual package at an discounted package; I made the payments through IVR on Saturday ie 7th Aug an engineer visit was committed on Sunday; then after making the payment my life was hell; it was me only who was following TATA Sky; I kept calling TATA Sky for Engineer but no one came;
I had already spent almost Rs 500/- calling TATA sky and till today no resolution; Its really BAD;

TATA Sky's customer care is the worst no one has any idea about any thing; I was given commitment of call back 7 to 8 time but I never got except for once

One both connections were installed TATA sky was not aware of the annual payment - as per them there was no money in my account

Its really sad to see BRAND TATA (which is probably the most trusted Brand in INDIA) to have such standards;
TATA would loose their credibility because of TATA Sky unless they improve on their services

I can only suggest them not make their Name TATA a ghingalala
